Mobile Buildings are assembled in our factory under sturgent supervision and this combined with high quality materials create neat, strong mobile units that will be of service to its owner for many years. These panels are fitted into galvanised bottom and top channels and are fixed to the chassis to form an extremely strong durable, waterproof wall. The insulating values of these walls are better than a single brick wall, and safe in case of fire compared to certain polyurethane insulated materials that gives off harmful gasses. All external and Internal doors are chromadek clad with polystyrene core. All plumbing fittings such as taps, copper pipes, geysers, ceramic toilets, hand wash basins, showers and baths are supplied. Skins are bonded to the core using a two part adhesive. The thickness of the insulation depends on the length of the panel, as a standard 50 mm is used as a minimum. Not only do we supply durable camps, but optional extras can be supplied such as equipment, furniture and appliances needed to assist your staff in the lifespan of the camp. This is all done according to clients needs and specifications. A galvanised rail overlapping the foundation is fixed to the slab. These panels are fitted into 1.2 mm galvanised top channels and base rail fixed to the concrete slab, this form the extremely strong durable and water-proof wall of the modular buildings.
