We have mastered the planning, implementation and monitoring of all functions of a task or project, so that it is completed within a specified time span and budget to meet the pre-determined objectives. We have the skills to develop and implement logical plans for execution in any project whilst providing the flexibility to adapt to new information and changing priorities. We can execute the task or projectas Project Managers on behalf of the client. Such task or project will be either undertaken on a turnkey basis, or integrated, as required, within the client’s management team. Whilst it is always preferable to be involved with a project from the Tender phase through to the Project Close-out phase, we have a vast amount of experience in crisis control and can come into a project at any phase, where we will adapt to the project conditions and where required, stabilise the situation accordingly. Our Project Management Methodologies conform to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) knowledge areas and our management systems comply with ISO We are able to offer and implement projects in terms of any predefined and mutually acceptable contract agreement. In the absence of a Client specific agreement, our project agreements are based on NEC (New Engineering Contract) and FIDICS (International Federation of Consulting Engineers). Our experience has shown, that to minimise the risk of the Project Team becoming involved in the day-to-day operational company issues, it is more pro-active for them to be independent and work off site. Our core business is project management and support services. We apply these services to the landscaping and construction industries. We also provide value added services in the form of transportation, cranage, drainage systems, Integrated Pest Management as well as consulting services to our clients. Given that we are a project based company and not a nursery, we keep a limited amount of stock, as all of our plant material is sourced locally for specific clients with particular requirements. All work undertaken is done in accordance with our proprietary work and quality procedures that have been developed over the years. These procedures are documented along the lines of the ISO 9000 Quality Management System and are continuously enhanced with the relevant technical, operational, and quality information. We also have access to technical & quality information pertaining to all our plant material that we have supplied and transplanted locally as well as internationally. With this information, we are continuously updating our database as well as our quality and work procedures in order for us to offer a first class product and service. Our client base is made up of landscape architects, landscapers, landscape contractors, nurseries, garden centres, municipalities, mines, schools, government departments and universities as well as corporate companies and private individuals. We have a vast amount of experience in many aspects pertaining to all types of plant material. All our staff members are cross-trained for the various tasks pertaining to our operation. They are kept abreast with all our methods and are re-trained regularly. This enables us to provide a multi disciplined and quality service to all our clients. We have a hands-on and personal approach for each of our customers and our after sales service is exceptional.
