Fieldfresh Fruit is the latest addition to the Field Fresh Group supplying commodities such as pome fruit and stone fruit. Fieldfresh Fruit’s retail clients include Spar and Shoprite together with exporters and importers across Africa. Fieldfresh Foods delivers food that is safe to eat meeting all Food Safety and Quality Industry Standards. The Fieldfresh Foods high-care facility is centrally situated to ensure ease of product delivery to clients. Fieldfresh Veg provides customers with a year-round supply of baby vegetables. Fieldfresh Veg has a unique range of specialized and exotic veg sourced throughout the southern parts of Africa including sugar snap peas, mange tout, baby corn, sprouting broccoli, chicory and much more. With Fieldfresh Veg we aim to have all baby vegetables available throughout the year. Nouvelle Fresh is a logistical advantage to those clients who wish to have their various product lines delivered expediently and directly to their desired stores. This service ensures improved longevity of wholesale goods as less time is spent in transit and various levels of supply and demand can be met. At Field Fresh our adherence to the most stringent of health an d safety regulations specified for the food industry are met with exacting enthusiasm. Our engagement with top industry consultants ensure that Field Fresh is always ahead of the latest health and safety rules, regulations, legislation and practices. Our food and risk assessment methodology is that of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standard. This means that there is a systematic and preventative approach in food processing, mitigating risks from biological, chemical and physical hazards practices. HACCP can only be implemented once a foundation has been secured, this foundation would consist of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) also known as a pre-Requisite programs (PRP). Auditing Field Fresh is audited on an annual basis to ensure that our company meets and exceeds health and safety requirements.
