The Rotary Disc Slurry Valve is a new and unique rotating gate valve designed specifically for heavy abrasive and corrosive slurries, water etc. The Dual Rotary Disc Valves ' patented design allows the valve to cycle in heavy slurries without sticking. There are two types: rising and non rising spindle, and high or low pressure valves. Dual Products produces valves for the mining, sands, steel, power, chemical and paper industries worldwide and has exported valves to more than 50 countries. The unique design of the valve allows free movement of the ball. The ball lifts out of the liquid without any interference. These valves will be used for a slurry application on Capstone (Pinto Valley Copper mine) in America.
