The Partnership of DU PLESSIS VAN LOGGENBERG was established in March 2010 when Stella van Loggenberg joined Jan Du Plessis.

She studied law through Unisa and in 1999 was admitted as Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer. In that year she established the firm Stella Van Loggenberg Attorney, where she practiced as a sole proprietor. In 2002 she joined Hammond Pole Attorneys, first as an Associate and in 2005 became a director and shareholder. In 2014 she became the sole proprietor of the firm. He was a founder member of the firm Du Plessis de Heus and Van Wyk which was established in 1981 and was a partner in the firm until 2006 when he decided to practice for his own account under the name Jan du Plessis Attorney. In 2014 Jan resigned from the Partnership and has since then been practising as a consultant of the firm. She joined the practice in 2014 as an Associate and she heads up the Commercial and Litigation Division of the practice. A Certificate of Conformity for Gas Appliances, also known as a gas compliance certificate, is a certificate issued by an authorised person registered to issue such certificate in terms of the regulations.
