Claims As part of Benneton's efforts to add value to the service and products we offer the following claims documents to be completed and forwarded back to our efficient and helpful claims staff. In cases of theft/accidents involving your vehicle, or burglaries/theft of goods from your home, or theft/loss of items covered under an All Risks section, you have to report the incident to the police immediately. If it is proven that you are not at fault in the event of a motor accident and the Insurer successfully recovers the amount of damages from the Third Party, you will be reimbursed your excess and your Claim Free Group will be re-instated.
